Is it ok to get a grant for infertility treatment. Is it better to get a grant or a loan and will i have to pay the grant back?

I was reading up on Bruised testicles, as i recently got hit in the testicles very hard. Bruised testicles and trauma to the testicles seem to me to go hand in hand. I was wondering if this trauma causes infertility. Thank you
I was wondering if the FSA (flexible spending account) can be used at at cryogen laboratory (sperm bank) and for IUI treatments? The IUI is done at a Dr.’s office so I would think that it could, but I was really wondering about the Cryo-bank. (since my insurance does not cover fertility / infertility).
